We have many interesting menus for your party. We have a Japanese dinner menu, as well as modern fusion dishes with European food and other Asian foods.


First Course

1. Sushi Variety
     Fresh fish & seafood with vegetables
2. Reisai Variety
     Salmon & radish rolls, Cubed tuna with Yuzu pepper, Smoked tofu, Japanese pickled shallot, Cucumber with spicy miso

Second Course

1. Agedashi Doufu
     Crispy tofu in nameko mushroom & radish soup, served with roasted nori, cod fish roe and scallion
2. Hitokuchi Korokke
     Puree and saut?ed minced beef & onion covered in panko flower
3. Yakitori
     Skewers of pork, spring chicken, shrimp, salmon and vegetables
4. Kaiso Salad
     Assorted fresh lettuce and baby leafs served with toppings of variety of seaweeds and wasabi beans

Main Course

1. Gyu Tataki Steak
     Beef fillet steak sliced thin, served with Japanese mustard sauce & garlic rice.
2. Kurodai Sugatayaki
     Sea bream covered in salt and grilled, served with dinced radish and steamed rice.
3. Gindara Nitsuke
     Cod fish cooked with ginger, sake, mirin and soy sauce, served with wakamee seaweed rice.

Desserts / served with green tea

1. Maccha Parfait
     Parfait made of Maccha green tea, sake, white chocolate, fresh cream
2. Kurimushi Youkan
     Traditional Japanese sweet made of chest nuts, red bean and kuzu.
3. Choco Manjyu
     Sticky rice ball stuffed with chocolate, covered in sliced almond

First Course

     Toasted bread with toppings of : potato & cod fish roe salad/ egg plant & zucchini saut?ed with miso/ salmon fillet & salmon roe with wasabi/ baby shrimp & leek saut?ed in butter & soy sauce/ cubed beef fillet with red onion & coriander

Second Course

1. Rice Tortilla (Vietnam/ Thailand/Laos)
     Steamed rice rolls stuffed with shrimps/ chicken breast/ vegetables
2. Korokke Harumaki (Chinese fusion)
     Crispy egg roll stuffed with puree and saut?ed minced beef & onion
3. Sate (Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore)
     Skewer spring chicken & lamb fat. Grilled with peanuts & coconuts milk sauce
4. Spicy Asian Salad (Vietnam/ Thailand/Laos)
     Steamed calamari rings/ diced spring chicken marinated in calamari sauce & garlic, cherry tomato. Served on fresh bed of lettuce & peppers
5. Kaiso Salad (Japanese)
     Assorted fresh lettuce and baby leafs served with toppings of variety of seaweeds and wasabi beans

Main Course

1. Taa Mian (Chinese)
     Rice vermicelli in chicken soup. Served with toppings of seasoned minced beef, sweet corn, coriander
2. Seafood Red Curry (Singapore)
     Crayfish (small lobster), shrimps, calamari, mussels and cubed mango, bamboo shoot, zucchini in red curry sauce.
3. Bacon Steak (Japanese fusion)
     Beef fillet/Salmon fillet rolled in bacon. Served with wasabi flavored mayonnaise sauce and puree

Desserts

1. Profiteroles & Vanilla ice cream
     Butter flavored chou stuffed with vanilla ice cream. Served with chocolate sauce
